Job summary

Mulpha on the Gold Coast is seeking a senior treasury professional to manage and optimise the Group's treasury function across a diverse international portfolio. You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure funding capacity, financial flexibility and risk management.

The role covers liquidity management, debt facilities, refinancing, investments and foreign exchange, with visibility across the business and opportunities to influence strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage Group cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital initiatives.
• Monitor debt facilities, covenant compliance, lender reporting and refinancing requirements.
• Support banking and financier relationships, funding reviews and capital management opportunities.
• Prepare treasury reporting, financial modelling, funding analysis and executive reporting packs.
• Assist with debt refinancing transactions, lender negotiations and financing activities.
• Manage treasury investment portfolios, including term deposits, money market investments and corporate bonds.
• Support foreign exchange activities across multiple international jurisdictions and manage currency exposure reporting.
• Drive treasury governance, compliance, controls and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Join Mulpha and play a key role in managing and optimising the Group's treasury function across a diverse international portfolio.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff & Group Treasurer, you will support treasury operations across liquidity management, debt facilities, refinancing, investments, foreign exchange, banking relationships and treasury governance. This is a highly visible role that partners with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure appropriate funding capacity, financial flexibility and effective treasury risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Group cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital initiatives.

About You

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or financial management.
• Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, debt facilities, treasury reporting and financial analysis.
• Exposure to refinancing transactions, investment management and/or foreign exchange activities will be highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior executives, lenders and external partners.
