Job summary

Shotland Consulting Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Treasury Analyst or Senior Treasury Analyst to join Centuria Capital's high-performing Treasury team. The role covers the full debt lifecycle, from sourcing and structuring debt to settlement and treasury systems administration, with exposure to both listed and unlisted funds.

You will work with Finance, Fund Management, banking partners and advisers, handling debt transactions, risk management, governance reporting and compliance

Qualifications

• Commercial treasury professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business/Commerce or Finance Law or related discipline.
• Exposure to secured lending, financing documentation and security arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and structuring debt for acquisitions, refinancings and facility extensions.
• Support lender tender processes, assessing appetite, pricing, tenor and facility terms.
• Assist with facility negotiations and end-to-end transaction execution, including settlement and management of settlement risk.
• Monitor refinancing requirements and upcoming debt maturities across the portfolio.
• Support interest-rate risk management and hedging activities, including swaps and caps.
• Maintain the Treasury Management System across deal, derivative and line-fee administration.
• Generate treasury reports covering MTM, facility utilisation and drawdowns.
