Job summary

FCM Travel, a global corporate travel management company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new customers and ensure a premier technology experience for existing clients.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to manage projects, align requirements with our technology solutions, and drive successful outcomes across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in travel industry with technology experience.
• Experience as an Implementation Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects.
• Consult with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as trusted advisor with knowledge of FCM technology and configurations.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer meetings and regular project updates while resolving issues.
