Job summary

APD Global in Australia is hiring a Senior/Principal Transmission Lines Engineer (Civil/Structural) in the GridLinkx department in Adelaide. You will oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of transmission line projects, coordinating with stakeholders and using leading industry tools.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, 8+ years' experience in transmission infrastructure design and delivery, proficiency with PLS-CADD, TOWER and POLE, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the design and delivery of transmission infrastructure.
• Experience with overhead transmission line design and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of transmission line projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting with stakeholders.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Apply Australian and international codes and standards (AS/NZS 7000, ASCE 74/10).
