Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead business transformation initiatives focused on safety, risk, governance and process improvement. You will drive projects from planning through implementation, coordinating across functions and managing stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The role requires hands-on delivery leadership, strong governance, and experience implementing technology-enabled changes in regulated environments.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation projects.
Strong project management capability across the full project lifecycle.
Experience with business process improvement and system implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, governance, and delivery of transformation projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive process improvement and technology-enabled business outcomes.
Coordinate project activities across multiple business functions.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee delivery against agreed outcomes.
Support procurement, RFQ, and contract management activities.
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Partner with Change Management teams to support business readiness and successful adoption.
Ensure smooth transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations.
