Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Trading to own trading products on the Crypto.com App end-to-end. You will drive the roadmap, define trading experiences, and ship with independence within Trading's strategic priorities, impacting users across a global footprint.

You will collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Marketers, and Compliance to ship at scale, leveraging AI-native workflows and a deep understanding of crypto trading dynamics.

Qualifications

• Shipped trading or financial products at scale.
• Data-informed, user-obsessed.
• Cross-functional leadership without authority.
• AI-native workflow with human-in-the-loop judgment.
• Crypto/trading industry knowledge or interest.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trading roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Define and ship trading experiences with specs, user studies and test plans.
• Stay close to trader behavior and gather real-world usage feedback.
• Weigh speed vs. depth and compliance constraints vs. ambition.
• Drive market and competitive clarity through research and roadmapping.
• Represent Trading in cross-functional forums (Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance, Growth).
• Own a defined slice of the trading product line through post-launch iteration.
