Job summary

AWS is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Region Services organization in Australia, with Sydney or Melbourne as possible bases. You will lead cross-functional teams through design, requirements, build, testing, assurance and deployment for large-scale, mission-critical cloud initiatives.

You will drive program roadmaps, manage risks, and report progress to senior leadership, using data-driven decisions and strong stakeholder engagement to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience in system design.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile programs across multiple teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and escalate or trade off for program benefit.
• Report program status and risks to senior management with clear synthesis.
• Own metrics and dashboards to track progress and inform decisions.
