Vision Surveys, part of PeopleIN, is seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our Queensland team. You will manage development applications, provide planning advice, and coordinate with engineers, architects, clients and authorities.

You will work across residential, industrial and commercial projects, with travel to sites around Queensland and occasional trips to Airlie Beach. A +5 years background in planning is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum +5 years’ experience in planning
• Client management and communication with clients
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with project members
• Familiar with land use, design, environmental and infrastructure issues in Queensland
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Organised and focused
• Effective time management
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Responsabilidades

• Preparing, lodging, and managing development applications
• Providing statutory and strategic planning advice to clients
• Co-ordinating with engineering and architectural consultants, clients, State and Local government
• Liaising with authorities and clients to maintain clear communication throughout projects
