Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary town planning qualification.
• Eligibility for professional institute membership.
• At least five years in planning and development.

Responsabilités

• Deliver planning assignments including development applications, analytical assessments, reports and written recommendations.
• Provide reliable planning guidance that accounts for commercial considerations.
• Take responsibility for straightforward applications, coordinate with external specialists and referral bodies.
• Assess consultant findings and translate them into practical recommendations for clients and colleagues.
• Coach junior planners to build capability and provide technical support.
• Strengthen client connections and identify new opportunities to support business growth.
