Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a hands‑on EPM Developer (IBM TM1) to own and optimise TM1 models, TI processes, and PAW/PAX reports for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will handle L2/L3 support within a managed services framework, ensuring data accuracy and timely deliveries for finance stakeholders.

Work alongside EDW, Cognos, Power BI, and Snowflake initiatives, while specialising in the IBM Planning Analytics stack to drive finance and planning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on TM1/IBM Planning Analytics experience in an enterprise setting.
• Strong TM1 model design skills: cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders and consolidation.
• Advanced TurboIntegrator scripting for data loads and process automation.
• PAW and PAX/PAfE reports and dashboards for finance users.
• Solid TM1 security model knowledge and access troubleshooting.
• Experience delivering L2/L3 support in a managed services context.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for TM1/IBM PA environment, incident management, root cause analysis.
• Maintain and enhance TM1 models, cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, TI processes.
• Develop PAW and PAX/PAfE reports and dashboards per business needs.
• Execute data loads and ETL between TM1 and ERP/data warehouse sources.
• Performance tune TM1 models, TI processes, and server configurations to meet SLAs.
• Manage user access and security groups within TM1 per governance.
• Participate in change management and coordinate testing for deployments.
