Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking a Test and Evaluation Manager to lead systems engineering and T&E activities within the Land Network Integration Centre (LNIC). You will coordinate across five T&E strands, engage with Defence stakeholders, and drive governance and reporting to ensure compliant, evidence-based assessments of land capability projects.

The role focuses on integrating complex systems and ensuring robust verification and validation across Army digital networks and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Test & Evaluation (T&E) activities within the Validate Frame to ensure appropriate methodologies are applied for LC4I systems integration.
• Engage with Defence organisations, projects and enabling ICT providers to resolve integration issues and support informed engineering decisions.
• Coordinate across the LNIC five strands of specialist T&E (Experimentation, OT&E, AT&E, Cyber T&E, LCS-BL integration and compliance).
• Develop reports and governance artefacts to support T&E outcomes and assurance across the Army Operating System.
