Job summary

Aware Super is seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to support testing across SIT, End-to-End, UAT and Regression, in a Day Rate Contract with hybrid work (2 days in office) in Melbourne or Sydney.

You will plan, prepare and execute testing, develop test scenarios and data, coordinate activities across workstreams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality releases and production verification.

Qualifications

• Experience in SIT, End-to-End, UAT and Regression Testing.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create test coverage.
• Experience executing manual testing and coordinating testing activities.
• Strong defect management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams.
• Experience within superannuation or financial services.
• Experience testing digital customer or member-facing applications.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray or similar testing tools.
• ISTQB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute testing across SIT, End-to-End, UAT and Regression phases
• Develop test scenarios, test cases and test data from business requirements
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams and projects
• Partner with business stakeholders to facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify, investigate and manage defects through to resolution
• Support release validation and production verification activities
• Provide testing status updates, reporting and recommendations to stakeholders
