Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join the Change Delivery team in Banking, delivering testing across banking and payment solutions for government agencies and international institutions.

You will lead functional and non-functional testing, leverage Selenium and Playwright, and work in an agile environment to ensure high-quality deployments while identifying risks and improvement opportunities for system integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

Experience across all phases of testing (e.g. functional).
Background in banking and/or payment solutions.
Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile delivery frameworks.
Hands-on experience in delivery of test automation frameworks and tools.
Experience testing in an Azure Cloud environment.
Experience working in large programs interacting with multiple teams/vendors.

Responsibilities

Undertake testing of changes to enhance Banking systems and payment solutions.
Work in a dynamic team environment with agile delivery framework.
Apply testing standards, processes and best practices.
Create, support and execute functional (manual/automated) and non-functional testing.
Identify opportunities to improve testing, planning, processes and automation.
Liaise with business analysts, developers and stakeholders on testing needs.
Communicate clearly to deliver successful team outcomes.
Collaborate in a high performing, cross-functional team.
