Job summary

Zone Bowling Robina is seeking a full‑time Senior Technician to keep all venue systems running smoothly, from arcade games to lanes and scoring equipment.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and work with the Facilities Manager to ensure a first‑class guest experience. WWCC Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WWCC Certification.
• Technically minded with self-drive to proactively seek tasks.
• Experience in a trade with a knack for tech/computer systems.
• Strong relationship building and on-floor communication with guests and team.

What is the role?

As a full time Senior Technician for our Zone Bowling Robina venue, you will use your technically minded brain to trouble-shoot and ensure all the many moving parts that make up a Zone Bowling venue are in perfect operational order!

Tasks might include maintenance of arcade games, pinspotters, machinery, lanes, scoring equipment, building and fittings.

You will provide support and also be supported by the Facilities Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
