Job summary

Zone Bowling Robina is seeking a Senior Technician to keep our entertainment venue’s moving parts in perfect working order. You’ll troubleshoot arcade games, pinspotters, lanes, and scoring equipment while working with the Facilities Manager to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates will be technically minded, self-driven, and have experience in trades with strong tech skills. A friendly, proactive approach to guest and team communication is essential.

Qualifications

• WWCC certification is required.
• Technically minded and proactive in identifying tasks.
• Trade experience and strong tech/computer skills.
• Strong guest and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade games, pinspotters, machinery, lanes and scoring equipment.
• Troubleshoot and keep all venue components in top order.
• Assist Facilities Manager and support guest experience.

What is the role?

As a full time Senior Technician for our Zone Bowling Robina venue, you will use your technically minded brain to trouble-shoot and ensure all the many moving parts that make up a Zone Bowling venue are in perfect operational order!

Tasks might include maintenance of arcade games, pinspotters, machinery, lanes, scoring equipment, building and fittings.

You will provide support and also be supported by the Facilities Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

Who are you?

You must hold a valid WWCC Certification

Technically minded with plenty of self-drive to proactively seek out tasks

Ideally you will have experience in a trade & have a savvy knack for all things techy/computer based

Natural ability in relationship building & communicating with both our guests and team on the floor
