Job summary

Encore APAC is seeking a Senior Technician to lead, coordinate and hands-on deliver AV equipment installation, operation and removal for hybrid and in-person events. You will be part of the senior production team, working with highly qualified AV technicians and managers.

The role demands competency with audio visual equipment, experience in hybrid and virtual events, and strong customer service, communication, and professional presentation skills. Riggers ticket is highly regarded.

• Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events is essential.

The role

In this role you will provide leadership, coordination, and hands on delivery in the installation, operation, and removal of AV equipment. As a Senior Technician you will form part of the senior production team working with the most qualified and respected AV technicians and managers.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated competency in operating audio visual equipment
• Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events
• Customer centric and excellent customer service skills;
• Strong lighting abilities and knowledge of GrandMA, Advanced seamless switching experience, Camera Setup, video and data networking, LED Wall setup and programming
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• High standard of personal presentation
• Riggers Ticket (highly regarded)
