Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer in Sydney to unblock customers across the FloQast Accounting Transformation Platform. You will troubleshoot, perform backend configuration, and drive end-to-end case resolution while coordinating with Engineering on P2 incidents.

This hybrid role requires three days in the Sydney CBD office and supports APAC go-to-market initiatives. The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, mentorship of TSEs, and collaboration with local and global teams

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Technical Support, IT, or related fields.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage support cases across FloQast products and integrations.
• Troubleshoot errors, perform backend configuration work, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Lead high-priority L3 incidents and coordinate with Engineering for remediation.
