As a Senior Technical Artist, you will be a key part of our team, contributing to high-quality gaming content. Responsibilities

What You\'ll Do

• Be hands-on with tools such as Unity, Mercury, After Effects, GitHub, Perforce, and others to support our game portfolio.
• Trial new technologies, assessing their applicability and business value, providing a multi-discipline team with clear recommendations based on pros and cons.
• Collaborate with artists and software engineers to define scalable reference workflows and evolve them to meet growing team and project needs.
• Review and optimise existing pipelines, identifying friction points, developing scripts and tooling to streamline content transactions and reduce manual effort.
• Champion continuous improvement, responding rapidly to workflow challenges and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop innovative ways of working.
• Mentor and guide team members, contributing to a shared vision that extends beyond game development into tooling and workflow transformation.
