Job summary

EY in Sydney is seeking a Senior Claims Transformation Consultant to partner with leading insurers, modernising claims through core platform transformation, digital workflow, AI and data-driven solutions.

You will contribute to large-scale programs, balance hands-on delivery with workstream leadership, and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements across FNOL, assessment, settlement and subrogation.

Qualifications

Experience in General Insurance claims transformation.
Strong hands-on experience with claims core systems, particularly Guidewire ClaimCenter.
Understanding of AI, automation and data-driven claims concepts.
Experience designing and working within modern claims technology ecosystems, including workflow, integrations and analytics.
Consulting experience with ability to manage stakeholders and, at Manager level, lead technology-focused workstreams.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver future-state claims solutions across the end-to-end claims lifecycle, including FNOL, assessment, settlement, recovery and subrogation.
Perform and oversee business analysis and solution design, including requirements, process models, user stories and functional specifications.
Support and lead implementation of claims core platforms, with a strong focus on Guidewire ClaimCenter and its ecosystem.
Design and drive digital workflow, rules and automation to improve claims efficiency and customer outcomes.
Identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled claims use cases such as intelligent triage, straight-through processing, document ingestion and decision support.
