Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar.
- Strong experience in systems mapping, systems analysis and future-state design.
- Ability to understand technical environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft-based enterprise environments is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Engage with SMEs to understand business requirements, existing systems and operational challenges.
- Map current-state systems, applications, integrations and dependencies.
- Identify gaps, risks and opportunities to improve existing technology.
- Contribute to future-state systems design and technology recommendations.
- Translate complex technical information into clear documentation and practical solutions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams across enterprise technology initiatives.
