Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Technical Learning & Development to lead the design and delivery of technical tax training across the Tax Services and Business Advisory teams. You will develop a structured national curriculum, coordinate with subject matter experts, and ensure materials stay current with tax law changes.

You will facilitate sessions, mentor presenters, and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks and priorities, contributing to a high‑performing

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a national tax technical learning curriculum aligned with the division’s framework.
• Facilitate selected tax technical learning sessions with practical examples and case studies.
• Review learning content for accuracy, currency and alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate with service line leaders to set learning priorities and reduce duplication across programs.
• Identify learning requirements with specialists and determine the most appropriate support.
• Maintain learning materials to reflect changes in tax law and authorities.
• Monitor participation and feedback to refine priorities and delivery.
• Build a network of internal presenters and content contributors.
