Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a Corporate Tax professional to lead a diverse portfolio of tax advisory and compliance engagements, delivering practical, commercially focused solutions while mentoring junior team members. You will work closely with Partners to drive client outcomes and contribute to business growth in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in Corporate Tax within a professional services environment.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring, coaching and developing junior team members to achieve high performance.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver practical, commercially focused tax advice.

Responsibilities

• Leading client service teams and managing RSM’s service delivery to clients.
• Providing commercial tax advice to clients, including identifying and resolving tax issues in conjunction with Partners.
• Advising clients on M&A transactions including structuring and tax due diligence with Partners and other tax specialists.
• Research and analysis of case law and legislation.
• Review of income tax returns and tax effect calculations.
• Manage and develop junior staff and deliver internal technical training.
