You will manage a diverse client portfolio, deliver high-level tax advice, mentor junior staff, review work, and contribute to growth and client relationships. This role emphasizes technical excellence, strong communication, and a collaborative team environment with opportunities for partnership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public practice (essential).
• Experience managing or reviewing staff work (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and advisory services.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
• Experience with Xero and ATO Tax Agent Portal (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business and individual clients.
• Deliver taxation, compliance, and advisory services.
• Review tax returns and financial statements.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior staff.
• Support business structuring, transactions, and growth strategies.
• Contribute to client relationship development and portfolio growth.
