Job summary

Halter is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist, GTM, to attract and hire world-class talent across regions as we scale globally. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, anticipate roles, and manage end-to-end recruitment to support our mission.

Reporting to the Talent Lead, GTM & Customer, you’ll execute recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Halter’s product and culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments and multiple disciplines.
• Proven experience building and scaling high-performing teams across regions.
• Strategic business partner with ability to report up to execs and optimize hiring excellence.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-volume hiring without compromising quality.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels to attract top talent globally.
• Strong reporting and data skills to track and present hiring metrics.
• Familiarity with employment laws, immigration requirements, and compliance across Australia.
• High emotional intelligence with excellent communication and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across regions and functions, from sourcing to interviews and offers.
• Contribute to talent strategy and workforce planning as the business scales.
• Help shape and evolve EVP, aligning with our culture and employee experience.
• Build scalable recruitment practices and tools that work across regions and volumes.
• Coach hiring leaders to lift interviewing quality, assessment rigor, and decision-making.
• Support compensation benchmarking and market insights to inform offers.
• Partner on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
• Represent Halter in events and forums to strengthen our talent brand.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles across regions.
• Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Provide guidance on hiring processes and ensure smooth, inclusive cycles.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience reflecting our culture and values.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment workflows for efficiency and organization.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline progress to improve our approach.
• Support internal mobility and employer branding initiatives.
• Look for opportunities to improve recruitment processes as we scale.
