Job summary

EY is growing its Talent Attraction & Acquisition team across Australia and seeks an experienced Senior Talent Attraction & Acquisition Specialist (Consulting) to help attract and recruit top talent for EY's consulting practice.

This is a 6-month hybrid contract across EY offices in Australia; you will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Effective communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process and onboarding.

Senior Talent Attraction & Acquisition Specialist (Consulting)

The opportunity

We're growing our Talent Attraction & Acquisition team and looking for experienced recruiters to help us attract and recruit the best talent in the market to help EY deliver on our strategy and growth targets.

This is a 6-month contract, offering you the chance to make an impact and develop your skills. You’ll be joining a high performing, collaborative team who are committed to delivering the best possible experience to our candidates and stakeholders.

We offer a flexible work environment and this is a hybrid position that can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your Key Responsibilities
