Job summary

Prudence Rehab is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across the organisation. This hybrid role combines Sydney CBD presence with work-from-home flexibility, offering strategic impact beyond filling vacancies.

You will partner with leaders nationally, develop pipelines, and drive an employee value proposition that attracts top talent while ensuring a transparent and values-aligned candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end to end Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Occupational Rehabilitation Talent Acquisition industry experience.
• Strong proactive sourcing and talent pipelining capability.
• Ability to advise leaders and build trusted relationships.
• Experience with job boards, candidate databases and ATS.
• Attention to data accuracy and compliance recruitment data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to outstanding candidate experience.

Prudence Rehab is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end to end recruitment across the organisation. This is an opportunity to move beyond simply filling vacancies and play a meaningful role in the ongoing evolution of our Talent Acquisition function.

You will work closely with leaders nationally, provide valuable market insights and ensure every candidate receives a timely, transparent and values aligned experience.
