Job summary

Suncorp Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic attraction, sourcing and hiring outcomes across a dedicated portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce plans, build talent pipelines and provide market insights that inform capability decisions.

You will play a key role in coaching TA professionals and driving the evolution of Talent Acquisition with AI-enabled tools, in a hybrid Sydney/Brisbane setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Strong capability in strategic sourcing and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior-level roles across your portfolio.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and communities for future needs.
• Coach and mentor TA colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
