Job summary

Culture Amp Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer responsible for identity management, endpoint engineering and workplace automation. You will own Okta administration, Jamf Pro fleet management and automation tooling to sustain a secure, well-governed SaaS environment.

You will operate AWS and enterprise AI platforms, implement observability and drive incident response improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Several years of building or administering corporate infrastructure in a SaaS or tech company.
• Strong Okta administration and identity lifecycle experience, including Workflows.
• Strong Jamf Pro and macOS fleet-management experience.
• Experience automating operational processes with Python, PowerShell, APIs, workflows or IaC.
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root-cause analysis.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Willing to work from the Richmond office at least two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own identity & access management, including Okta workflows, SSO and lifecycle automation.
• Manage Jamf Pro and macOS fleet, zero-touch deployment and compliance.
• Develop workplace automation to reduce manual operations using Python, PowerShell and IaC.

How you can help make a better world of work

You’ll design, automate and operate the systems that let Campers work everywhere, every day. You’ll own identity, endpoint management and workplace infrastructure end to end, with AWS, networking and enterprise AI as supporting areas you help keep secure, reliable and well governed. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a service-desk escalation seat: you’ll build the automation that makes the environment self-sustaining, and mentor others as you go.

What you’ll own

• Identity & access: Okta administration and identity lifecycle automation: Workflows, SSO, SCIM, access governance, and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Endpoint engineering: The Jamf Pro platform and Apple device lifecycle: zero-touch deployment, configuration management, patching, compliance and fleet health.
• Workplace automation: Reliable automation using Python, PowerShell, Terraform/CloudFormation and workflow platforms to cut manual operations and improve consistency across the SaaS estate.

What you’ll do

• Cloud & network: Operate selected AWS and Meraki services, improving reliability, security, observability and documented recovery procedures.
• Enterprise AI platforms: Administer and evolve platforms such as Glean, Claude for Enterprise and Gemini including access controls, data-source permissions, integrations, usage governance, security reviews and internal adoption.
• Observability: Design monitoring, alerting and safe remediation workflows for critical services, using automation and AI-assisted operations where appropriate and properly governed.
• Escalation & support: Provide senior escalation support for complex infrastructure and workplace technology incidents, driving root-cause analysis, remediation and preventative improvements.

What you bring

Essential:

• Several years engineering or administering corporate infrastructure in a SaaS or technology-led company
• Strong Okta administration and identity lifecycle experience, including building and troubleshooting Workflows
• Strong Jamf Pro and macOS fleet-management experience
• Experience automating operational processes with Python, PowerShell, APIs, workflows or IaC
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root-cause analysis
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Willing to work from the Richmond office at least two days a week
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Dive in without being asked, but work-out-loud and share what you’ve learned along the way
