Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking a Senior Systems & Cyber Security Specialist to shape critical defence infrastructure in Adelaide. You will lead security assessment activities, prepare artefacts and ensure compliance across development and operations.

Qualifications

• Certifications in cyber security or related IT field (e.g. CompTIA, ISACA, ISC2, Microsoft etc)
• A university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Cyber Security Certifications (E.g. ISSP, CISM, CRISC, Sec+, GSEC, CEH)
• Exposure to security tools, vulnerability scanning, or incident response.
• Familiarity with Defence and Australian Government security frameworks (ISM, DSPF, PSPF)

Responsibilities

• This is a program-based role with a primary focus on executing security assessment and authorization activities, including preparation and maintenance of cybersecurity artefacts (e.g., SSP, SSP-A, SRMP, CMP).
• Analyse existing systems and those under development; implement security controls and review system changes for compliance.
• Potentially provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to other staff.

Right now, we are experiencing exciting growth and are seeking motivated and experienced Senior Systems & Cyber Security Specialist to join our growing Cyber team in Adelaide that will be responsible for the delivery of system & cyber security outcomes.

This is a program-based role, and your primary focus will be executing security assessment and authorization activities. This will include the preparation and maintenance of cybersecurity artefacts (e.g., SSP, SSP-A, SRMP, CMP) as directed.
