Zusammenfassung

Flying Bark Productions is seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator to support IT and systems for our studio and its productions. You will manage core infrastructure, coordinate with vendors, and automate administrative tasks to streamline workflows.

The role requires experience with Windows/Linux, Active Directory, cloud and on-prem virtualization, and production support in a VFX or post-production setting. Hybrid work options are available in Sydney.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years Senior SysAdmin experience in medium to large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server administrations.
• Experience with security standards ISM, AS/NZS ISO/IEC 2700X or TPN.
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and public cloud/on-premise virtualization.

Aufgaben

• Provide systems administration and user support for production tasks.
• Liaise with 3rd-party vendors for issues and new functionality.
• Balance production needs within client security constraints.
• Manage core infrastructure: AD, DHCP, DNS, cloud storage, VMs.
• Monitor support tickets and pro-actively resolve incidents.
• Manage storage servers and network health for efficient data delivery.
• Install/build hardware and deploy software as needed.
• Develop scripts to automate admin tasks and support pipelines.
• Provide after-hours support as required.
