Job summary

Claro Disability Services is seeking a Senior Support Worker on a part-time basis to join our team on the Gold Coast. The role combines hands-on care with leadership and coordination to support participants according to their care plans and goals.

You will mentor frontline staff, act as the primary onsite contact, and collaborate with families, care teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality, person-centred care while upholding professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering personal care to participants with varying needs.
• Ability to mentor frontline staff and lead on-site operations.
• Strong communication with participants, families, care teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in line with individual care plans, promoting independence and dignity.
• Be the onsite point of contact for questions from stakeholders and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Deliver domestic and personal care, including medication assistance as required and per policy.
