Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a part-time Support Analyst to provide high-quality customer support across Strata Master (legacy) and Strata Master Cloud. You will handle frontline inquiries, resolve issues, and document steps in the CRM with professional communication.

The role combines accounting knowledge with technical troubleshooting, enabling confident problem solving and collaboration with escalation teams. Flexible arrangements and a positive, inclusive culture are highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in an accounting environment.
• Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot software and document steps.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline telephone and email support for Strata Master users.
• Independently manage multiple concurrent cases in Salesforce CRM with clear customer updates.
• Troubleshoot functional, accounting, and technical issues using internal knowledgebase articles.
• Support customers with setup and configuration of Strata Master across office PCs and server environments.
• Work with Technical Escalation teams by providing reproduction steps, diagnostics, and summaries of impact and urgency.
• Contribute to testing and product improvement activities.
• Support customers across strata workflows including invoicing/arrears, reporting, and related accounting functionality.
