The Aquarium in Sydney (Mascot) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst to lead transformation of an airline's engineering ERP landscape. This 12-month contract role focuses on designing future-state processes across procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics, with a strong emphasis on standard functionality over customization.

You will coordinate with solution architects, system integrators and SMEs to drive design decisions, validate requirements, and guide testing and cutover

Competenze

• 10+ years of business analysis experience in supply chain transformation or consulting.
• Proven delivery of large-scale ERP or supply chain system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, planning, warehousing and logistics.

Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst | Aviation Engineering Transformation

Sydney (Mascot) | 12 month Contract | Leading Australian Airline | $950/d

Are you a Senior Business Analyst with a background in supply chain transformation and ERP implementation, ideally in aviation or another asset-intensive industry?

We’re partnering with a leading Australian airline’s Engineering division, which is replacing its legacy supply chain systems with modern, integrated technology. With target architecture complete, the program is moving through detailed design into implementation, and they need an experienced Senior BA to lead business analysis and functional design.

The rundown of the role....

Working with business stakeholders, solution architects, system integrators and vendors, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading As-Is and To-Be process design across procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, logistics and finance.
• Driving adoption of standard system functionality and challenging unnecessary customisation.
• Leading requirements elicitation, fit-gap assessments and functional documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitating workshops and design sessions to drive decisions with senior stakeholders and SMEs.
• Supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, training and post go-live stabilisation.

What we’re after.....

• 10+ years’ experience in business analysis, supply chain transformation or consulting.
• Proven delivery of large-scale ERP or supply chain system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, planning, warehousing and logistics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Highly desirable: aviation, aerospace or maintenance experience (please call this out in your CV), and exposure to IFS Maintenix, Oracle eProcurement or Manhattan.
