Qualifications

• RG 146 and a deep understanding of superannuation administration processes and obligations.
• Experience in incident management and internal dispute resolution obligations.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Record, report, contain, remediate, and review incidents and complaints for a range of clients.
• Conduct incident impact assessments, root cause analysis, and document remediation plans.
• Implement remediation activities with internal teams and monitor effectiveness.
• Document post-incident reviews and prevent recurrence through improvements.
• Attend client incident and breach meetings and report systemic issues.
