Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a highly motivated Commissioning Engineer – Secondary Systems to support the Central-West Orana REZ project. You will design, test, and commission digital substations, protect relays from Siemens/GE/SEL/ABB/Schneider, and ensure SAS integration with SCADA interfaces.

On-site roster安排 for 14 days on, 7 off, in the Central West Orana region. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in protection and substation automation, a degree in electrical engineering, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on commissioning experience in HV/EHV substations (66kV to 500kV+).
• Proven experience with IEC 61850 Digital Substations and Station/Process Bus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare protection and control philosophies, SLDs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and interlocking logic.
• Configuration, testing, and commissioning of protection relays from major OEMs.
• End-to-end commissioning including Transformer, Busbar, and Line protections.
• Lead SAS commissioning, IED integration, HMI, RTUs, and SCADA interfaces.
• Perform FAT, SAT, and end-to-end protection testing; ensure safety and quality.
