Job summary

Leeming Senior High School Education Support Centre (SHS ESC) seeks a Program Coordinator – Student Services for a permanent full-time role commencing Term 4, 2026. Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizenship or eligible visa)
• Hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
• Have a valid Working With Children Check
• Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to implement strategic and practical responses to student wellbeing, engagement, behaviour and participation in an education support context
• Coordinate effective student support processes and complex case management practices
• Apply a restorative approach to conflict and broker positive outcomes for students
• Contribute to whole-school review and planning and support staff capability through collaboration and coaching
