Senior Structural (Revit) Technician

Location: Glasgow

A well-established and respected engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Structural Technician with strong Revit expertise to join their team in Glasgow. The business delivers innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions across a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the production of structural drawings and BIM models using Revit.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior technicians within the team.
  • Taking responsibility for drawing and model quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
  • Working closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to coordinate structural designs.
  • Playing a key role in delivering a wide range of high-profile and technically challenging projects.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience as a Structural Technician in a consultancy environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit Structures (AutoCAD experience also beneficial).
  • Strong technical understanding of structural design and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with confidence liaising directly with clients and design teams.
  • HNC/HND (minimum) in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
