Job summary

IBR Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Structural Revit Drafter to join its expanding building structures team. You will deliver major high-rise residential and commercial developments, working across multidisciplinary engineer teams and ensuring high-quality documentation.

The role offers a permanent position with a competitive salary ($100,000–$160,000 + super) and clear career progression within a national consultancy with international reach.

Qualifications

• Strong structural drafting and documentation experience in an engineering consultancy.
• Advanced Revit capability with large or complex building projects.
• Ability to produce coordinated, construction-ready documentation.
• Familiarity with Australian building standards and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate structural models, drawings and construction documentation using Revit.
• Work across large and technically challenging building structures.
• Coordinate structural documentation with architectural and building services.
• Interpret engineering designs and resolve documentation issues.
• Manage drafting priorities and deliver within project programs.
• Undertake model reviews and contribute to QA processes.
• Mentor less experienced drafting team members where appropriate.
• Collaborate with structural engineers from concept design to construction documentation.
