This role emphasizes buildable engineering rather than high-rise or major bridges. You will own complex design, review calculations, and help standardize structural practices across the business, collaborating with civil engineers, planners, architects and drafters throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Experience across residential, subdivision or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and the NCC.
• CPEng (or working towards Chartership) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design of residential developments, subdivisions and infrastructure projects.
• Review and approve structural calculations, reports and design documentation.
• Establish consistent structural engineering standards across projects.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, planners, architects and drafting teams.
