ACOR in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design and delivery of diverse projects. You will coordinate analyses, calculations, design reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, and client requirements.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage deliverables, budgets and timelines, and provide mentorship to junior engineers, helping to foster a culture of learning and innovation within the firm.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent, recognised by Engineers Australia.
• Extensive design experience within a leading engineering consultancy.
• Demonstrated skills in project coordination and collaboration on large projects.
• RC, PT, timber and steel design experience, along with lateral stability experience with large scale and complex buildings.
• A strong working knowledge with a range of design software packages.
• Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to mentor others.
• A strong ability to communicate on a technical and project level with clients, staff and management.
