Mott MacDonald in Sydney is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Buildings structures team. You will contribute to landmark projects across aviation, transport, education, and life sciences, delivering structural design from concept through to delivery.

You will take accountability for technical scope, program performance and client outcomes, collaborating with engineers, architects and consultants to drive innovative, sustainable solutions.

Due to strong growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, Mott MacDonald's Buildings structures team has exciting openings for a Senior Structural Engineer in the Sydney office. You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia. We have secured a significant pipeline of work on some of the largest projects in Australia in the Aviation, Transport, Defence & Water markets and we want you to be a part of this exciting growth. In this role you will have an opportunity to contribute to some of the groundbreaking projects.

In this role you will be responsible for:

About You

Strong local experience in detailed design and delivery.

• Passionate about architecture and engineering, with a strong appreciation for how structural design can enhance architectural intent, functionality, constructability and the overall quality of the built environment.

Technically authoritative and commercially astute, with strong judgement in design decision ‑ making, risk management, and delivering value ‑ focused outcomes for clients.
