Job summary

Talent Web Property is seeking a structural engineer with 5–8 years of experience to lead projects from concept to construction. You will sign off on your work, mentor junior engineers, and engage with clients and contractors to deliver practical, safe, and innovative solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong design/analysis skills for luxury residential work, exposure to commercial/industrial projects, and a hands-on approach with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of structural engineering experience.
• RPEQ registration or near completion with a clear plan and timeline.
• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision to completion.
• Strong design and analysis skills for luxury residential work; commercial/industrial experience.
• Proficiency with ETABS, SPACEGASS, Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Australian codes and construction methods.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership potential.
• Hands-on mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a range of projects (residential, commercial and industrial) from concept to construction.

Join a boutique multi-disciplinary consultancy who prides themselves in delivering excellent quality in quick turnaround times. We’re looking for a structural engineer around the 5–8-year mark who can run projects from start to finish, is RPEQ registered, and can take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities as the team grows. This role would suit someone who is comfortable in interacting with clients and managing a range of small to medium sized residential and commercial design projects.
