Job summary

Scotford Fennessy is seeking a Senior Structural Drafter in Sydney. The role focuses on design and modelling across concrete and steel structures, with an autonomous, collaborative culture and flexible work arrangements.

You will mentor junior staff and contribute to innovation within the structural division, while embracing a supportive, KPI-lite environment and flexible start/finish times.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering (required).
• 6–10 years' experience on large concrete and steel structures.
• Strong Revit proficiency and modelling capabilities.
