Job summary

Webuild S.p.A. invites applications for a Senior Structural Designer to join the Kwinana Power Station Project Team in Perth.

You will deliver technically sound design outputs, coordinate with specialists, and ensure compliance with project and company standards while supporting fast-track delivery and cost effectiveness. Ideal candidates bring extensive senior design experience, strong knowledge of local and international codes, and proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools, with Civil Engineering

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Senior Designer position
• Good knowledge of local and international Codes and Standards
• Relevant experience in engineering contracting or consultancy in Oil & Gas, Mining & Minerals, or Infrastructure/Utilities
• Detailed understanding and experience of design drafting using 2D and 3D CAD tools
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Deliver technically acceptable design services for approved work and high client satisfaction
• Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure specification compliance and design integrity
• Prepare, check and file design information from suppliers and other disciplines
• Contribute to development, implementation and improvement of division systems
• Manage customer relations to achieve mutually satisfactory and technical program outcomes
• Liaise regularly with manager to report progress, concerns and potential changes
