As our Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will lead from the front: developing a high-performing team, strengthening key client relationships and creating new opportunities for sustainable growth. You will take ownership of a portfolio of valued existing and prospective clients while leading and developing the team responsible for supporting them.
You will set clear priorities, coach performance, and create the conditions for your people to succeed. Externally, you will become a trusted commercial partner to clients, understanding their goals, solving problems and identifying opportunities to retain, expand and deepen each account. Internally, you will work closely with recruitment, operations and our specialist service teams to deliver a responsive, consistent, and high-quality client experience.
