Overview

The role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Strata Community Manager to join our growing team at All Strata Management Services in Mount Lawley, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed strata properties, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations and long-term planning for these communities.

What you will be doing
  • Answering all calls and emails relative to your portfolio in a timely manner.
  • Approving invoices for payment.
  • Organising and attending General Meetings, minute taking and issuing.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to strata owners on a range of strata-related matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant strata, property, and other applicable legislation.
  • Implementing long-term strategic plans for the growth and improvement of strata communities.
What your team will do for you
  • Insurance renewals, quotes and claims.
  • Preparation of notice of meetings.
  • Memorandums/Flyers.
  • Preparation of financials and budgets.
What we're looking for
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in strata community management, preferably within a large or complex portfolio in Western Australia.
  • Strong understanding of strata legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Completion of the A100 SCA Training and either has or working towards completing the Certificate IV in Strata Community Management.
