UST is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Sydney team. You will ensure critical systems are healthy, monitored, automated, and scalable, handling production incidents, root-cause analysis, and permanent improvements.

You will collaborate with development to design robust release processes, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute to on-call coverage. Hybrid work is supported, with a focus on reliability excellence.

Competenze

• 8–10 years SRE experience driving reliability and automation.
• GCP and cloud technologies experience essential.
• Terraform/CloudFormation and Ansible for infra as code and config mgmt.
• Docker/Kubernetes experience with monitoring/logging tools.
• Ability to lead incident response and root-cause analysis.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot production incidents in real time and perform RCAs.
• Build tools and testing strategies to prevent problems.
• Automate routine jobs and integrate with release cycles.
• Lead on-call rotation and weekend coverage when needed.
• Develop centralized logging/monitoring and capacity planning.
