Job summary

UST in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to keep critical systems healthy, monitored, automated, and scalable. You will respond to production incidents, investigate root causes, and drive permanent improvements across platforms.

You'll work with developers to ensure well-designed releases, build robust logging and monitoring, and participate in on-call rotations, embracing new technologies to improve operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years as Site Reliability Engineer.
• Experience with cloud tech (GCP a plus).
• Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Proficient in monitoring and logging (ELK, AppDynamics).

Responsibilities

• Respond to production incidents and perform RCA.
• Develop and maintain centralized logging/monitoring.
• Automate time-consuming tasks and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth releases.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations.
