Job summary

Obsidiansecurity is looking for a skilled DevOps/SRE to join our Sydney team. This role will support our SaaS security platform and own the infrastructure for our AI-powered SRE agent, Sherlock.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in DevOps or SRE, with strong skills in Kubernetes and cloud services like AWS and GCP. Responsibilities include enhancing service quality, managing production infrastructure, and working closely with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role supporting SaaS services on GCP and/or AWS.
• Production Kubernetes experience managing Deployments, HPAs, and resource limits.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, microservices architecture, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the service quality of the customer-facing SaaS security platform.
• Own the Kubernetes infrastructure for Sherlock, managing worker pools and HPA autoscaling.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize production infrastructure and services on AWS/GCP.
