The Fit Lab Health and Fitness Centre in Toowoomba invites an experienced Senior Sports Physiotherapist to take on Practice Lead responsibilities. You will lead a dynamic team, mentor clinicians and shape service growth while maintaining a high-performance MSK and sports caseload.

This leadership role blends clinical excellence with business influence, offering strategic direction, partnerships with sporting bodies, and an opportunity to influence patient care and clinic culture.

Qualifikationen

• APA titled Sports or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist required.
• 10+ years physiotherapy experience with MSK and sports focus.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience essential.
• Current AHPRA registration and appropriate indemnity insurance.

Are you an experienced sports physiotherapist ready for a career-defining leadership role? About you

• APA Titled Sports or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
• 10+ years of physiotherapy experience, with strong expertise in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience is essential, including the ability to lead a clinical team, mentor physiotherapists and build a positive, accountable culture.
• A genuine and active interest in sport and athlete performance.
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for helping grow a practice.
• A collaborative, accountable and encouraging leadership style.
• Current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
